LILYDALE FLY FISHING AND GAME LODGE
LILYDALE Fly Fishing and Game Lodge invites you to come and enjoy friendly country hospitality in the unspoilt African Bushveld on their 3 400ha. game farm on the banks of the Riet River near Kimberley.

At Lilydale a flyfishing paradise awaits you because the Riet River is famous for its large quantities of smallmouth and largemouth yellowfish which thrive in the clean, constant-flowing water from the Vanderkloof Dam via a canal system.
There are six kilometres of river for the keen flyfisherman to explore.

The main lodge at Lilydale consists of a fully-equipped conference centre which can accommodate up to 80 people. The lodge also offers a sportsman’s bar and lounge, plus a fully-licensed à la carte restaurant.

All of the 12 luxurious 2-, 3- or 5-bed chalets overlook the river and are airconditioned, each with its own sundeck and braai area.

Guests can also enjoy an adventurous three-hour trip downstream in the lodge’s two-seat rafting canoes. It’s not dangerous at all and is suitable and safe for the whole family, young and old.
In addition, Lilydale offers birdwatching, game drives, hunting, hiking, conference and team-building facilities, and pigeon shooting.
